Andre 1966

Designed for the outside — for wind, for a terrace, for the particular ritual of a cigarette in open air. The form takes direct inspiration from André Ricard's iconic Copenhagen ashtray, one of the few functional objects that solved its brief completely. This version is cut from premium glass bottles, refined with a cigarette groove and polished to a clean finish. A considered object for an often unconsidered moment.
